Application Access

bMetrix is available for Windows (7 and 10), Mac OS X and Chrome OS. You should select the download version that corresponds to the most up-to-date operating system you have available.

First, make sure the application is installed on your computer. You may need administrator credentials to perform the installation. If you have already installed the application (i.e. have a bMetrix™ icon on your desktop or can locate the program on your computer), you may need to remove and reinstall.

Your username and password should be the same as your bIQ credentials. You or your screening administrator can reset these credentials by logging into bIQ at appliedhealth.net. If you are still unable to login, please call the bMetrix™ support line at 888.271.7645.
